Berlin overnight tax
7.5% of the accommodation price before tax.
7.5% of the net overnight accommodation charge, excluding VAT, breakfast and other extras. Both leisure and business stays are taxable. Supply the host-confirmed taxable base; the full accommodation price remains in your trip total. Special exemptions must be confirmed with your host.
